My new color layout reminds me of a pair of Nikes from the 80s.

--Just got back from my first run in well, a month and first workout since I hurt myself a week and a half ago. I'm finding that my leg seems fine, but my running stride is shot to hell from being on the elliptical for months. It's a little of a bummer and I must look so uncordinated when I'm running, but I should get it back in a month. The question is how fast do I attempt to get myself back to my 15 miles a week without reinjurying myself.
